THE CONCEPT

Lightline represents a new concept in Christian travel.  Our resolve is to work to make your pilgrimage a life-changing experience and to put the transforming power of our faith at the heart of each of our tours.  In the Holy Land we are renowned for being the only UK pilgrimage operator that prioritizes working with and supporting the local Christian communities and companies of Jerusalem, Palestine and Israel.

LANDS OF THE BIBLE

Our pilgrimages broaden the scope of the Christian world to include visits not only to the Holy Land but also to other Bible lands - Egypt, Jordan and Syria. The people and places of the Scriptures are brought vividly alive when we stand among ancient stones and gaze on unchanged landscapes where the events of the Bible story unfold, and as we meet the Christians of today who maintain an unbroken witness to their faith in the places where the great stories of our religion first unfolded.

THE MISSIONARY JOURNEYS

We arrange many pilgrimages to places where Christianity first spread – for example we travel with St Paul to Turkey and to Greece, where the peoples of the Classical world first accepted the Christian Gospel.

INTO ALL THE WORLD

We also visit countries where the Christian experience has had a profound effect on our creed and the history of our religion. In Portugal, Spain and Italy the annals of Christian people and places act as an inspiration to our contemporary beliefs.
